Teflon belt, 100% nonstick surface and high temperature resist, which is made of high quality of fiberglass fabric, then coated with ptfe Teflon resin on two sides, the finished material have shinny and smooth surface, can be operated during temperature from -70-260 C degree for release property.

Application for Teflon belt
- For paper napkin packing machine
Two sealer belts are installed on the hot-plate conveyor for napkin packing machine. The heat transfers through the belts surface to seal the plastic wrap: normally we use 0.25mm material to make this belt, several buttons can be punched along the side in order to prevent off-center problem.
- For Confectionery conveying
As conveyor belt for baking & food processing, like chocolates, biscuits etc.
- For bag sealing manufacturing system
Bag manufacturer use two belts on the clamped roller in order to seal the bag well: Normally we use two 0.08mm or 0.13mm to be laminated together, the joint area would be smooth without leaving marks on product
- For solar cell manufacturing
PTFE Tabber Stringer Belt is laminated by two layers of fabric, one side brown and another size anti-static black, the belt is used to conveyor assembly of solar cell.
- For infrared curing oven in carpet back coating system
Teflon belt is also used in PVC coating line for carpet tiles, mats and runners. PTFE conveyor belts convey the uncured synthetic rubber backing through the manufacturing process.
